I just loooooove these Photoshop Actions, but I can't download from these two sites! Is it possible to please put this (and the others like it|) on to Deposit Files or Russian Folder.ru so that I can download it from there? I will be VERY VERY grateful, thank you!  Vee xXx

Hello everyone, I am sooooooo terribly sorry but I do not speak Russian, and unfortunately do not understand it either. I use Google Translate in order to understand this fabulous website. Thank you VERY much for accepting me as a member, I truly do appreciate your kindness! Could I please ask if it is at all possible that the Shimmer Photoshop Action (and there are a few others like it too) be posted onto Deposit Files and Rusfolder.com as I cannot download from Letitbit and Littlebyte. I opened a Dropbox account last night and will download PSD files, Png graphics and Scrapbook Kits into that and leave the link here for you to download from there.
